How to check your order

1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Tanzania’s Natural Cosmetics.
2. Select View your order or the order-status link in that email.
3. If prompted, verify your identity using your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout.

Your secure order-status page shows your order’s progress and, when tracking is available, a link to follow your shipment.

Can’t find your confirmation email?

Check your spam or promotions folder and search for Tanzania’s Natural Cosmetics. If you still need help, reply to an email from us with your order number so we can assist.

No tracking updates yet?

Carrier tracking is available when a tracking number has been added to your shipment. If your order has no tracking number or you have a question about its progress, reply to your order confirmation email.
